This annual conference organised by the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague and RIKILT, the University of Wageningen covers a wide range of analytical subjects. This year, as well presentations on food authenticity and fraud, there are sessions on smart portable food analysis systems, and DNA analysis for food control.
