FOOD AUTHENTICITY TRAINING RESOURCES

The majority of the training materials featured have been developed through the Joint Knowledge Transfer Framework for Food Standards and Food Safety Analysis.

This is a cross-government project (funded by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the Food Standards Agency, Food Standards Scotland and the Government Chemist) aimed at disseminating knowledge from government funded research to stakeholders to support UK laboratory capability and promote best practice in food safety and standards analysis.

Food authenticity related outputs can be found on the Training pages of this network, whilst all output (food safety and food authenticity) can be found on the Knowledge Resources section of the Government Chemist website.

The Training section is composed
of the following two elements:

e-Seminars

A series of video seminars on topics of interest for food authenticity and allergen detection and measurement.

Workshops

Information from workshops and events organised in conjunction with the Food Authenticity Network.
