I am training the Spanish food industry (private Holdings, companies and Associations) re food fraud prevention to GFSI level and beyond (tailored to specific needs and circumstances). I´ve had a personal interest on this for the past 10 years and I am usually self taught (did a couple of training courses in the past - MOOC by John Spink and some UK academy training online) but there was nothing else available other than the Australian consultant, K. Constable), plus my own personal experience participating in food fraud investigation (private, through auditing, mass balance and documentary evaluation looking for weaknesses).
I do read the latest official publications from around the world plus my own choice of private, reliable sources. I would like to join your Newsletters too. I think access to your publications os of paramount importance to widen my knowledge and updating on the subject.
