I am an experienced scientist and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing cutting-edge technologies to improve the quality and safety of foods and natural products. I most recently developed and patented BriteScan, the first system that authenticates products using Artificial Intelligence and a smartphone camera. Previously, I owned and operated the DNA botanical authentication lab AuthenTechnologies, LLC, where I developed cutting-edge Next Generation Sequencing methods of authentication.
