USP’s workshop brings together internationally recognised experts to discuss the current state of technologies for detecting economically motivated adulteration and minimising supply chain risk. Speakers from WalmartPepsiCo, the European Commission, as well as technical experts from the University of GuelphFOCOS, and Fonterra will be presenting at the Workshop. An optional olive oil tasting session will be held at the conclusion of the workshop.

Individuals also can register for a separate 1 March Food Fraud Mitigation Level 1 Training and learn how to create a documented vulnerability assessment and mitigation plan to help meet regulatory and GFSI compliance.
