New Food Magazine in combination withThermoFisher are organising a webinar entitled "Meat Fraud - an old crime with new twists" on 26 June at 15:00-16:00 BST. The keynote speaker Prof. Chris Elliott will examine the many ways meat fraud can manifest itself. He will also explore the different ways to combat this fraud, and show how they can be employed at different parts of meat supply chains to have the maximum impact on deterring the fraudsters.
