Eurofins are presenting a webinar: Contaminations along the Food Supply Chain – Risk Minimisation Solutions from Farm to Fork on 28 May 2019, 10 - 11 a.m Central European time. Food products are susceptible to all kinds of contaminations and adulterations along the supply chain. In this webinar, speaker Dr Thomas Gronewold identifies the origins and entry points of common contaminants in the European Health Risk Portal RASFF. This enables the design of the prevention strategy HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other appropriate prevention strategies to minimise the contamination risk of various products and raw materials such as grains, herbs, spices and dried fruits. At the end of the webinar, individual questions from the participants will be discussed in a Q&A session.
